Chocolate Cherry Reindeer Nibbles
Yield: 12-14 servings
Category: Cookies
Ingredients
Crust:
1/4 lb. unsalted butter, melted
2 C graham cracker crumbs
1/3 C Pioneer or Big Chief Sugar
Topping:
1/2 C flaked coconut
1 C sun dried Michigan cherries
1 C pecans, coarsely chopped
1 C semisweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle® brand milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and Pioneer or Big Chief Sugar. Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan to form a crust. Layer over crust (in order) flaked coconut, sun dried cherries, pecans and chocolate chips. Drizzle over the top the Eagle® brand milk. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into 1-inch squares.
