Hypnobirthing - Frage zum Buch
Ich lese einfach darin, so viel ich mag, und hoffe, dass ich da einfach etwas daraus mitnehmen kann.
Ich habe schon 2 Geburten gehabt und so meine Zweifel, ob ich das schmerzfrei hinkriege. Schmerzfreier wäre schon ganz klasse...
Aber beim 2. Kind hatte ich auch in dem Buch gelesen und war unter der Geburt schon in einem Zustand, den ich als Laie mit Trance oder Hypnose beschreiben würde.
Total in mich versunken und bei der Sache, relativ ruhig... Schwer zu beschreiben. Es war auf jeden Fall gut.
Von daher setze ich mich jetzt damit nicht unter Druck... Ich merke auch, ich habe im Alltag nicht so viel Zeit dafür übrig, wie es mir lieb wäre.
