Hashimoto und TsH von 4.1
Nicht mehr ganz aktuell, mische mich dennoch ein: Ja, während der Schwangerschaft steigt der Bedarf an Thyroxin in der Regel. War bei mir auch so, musste sehr früh (auch 6.-7. SSW rum) um 25 erhöhen, weil der TSH wieder stieg.
Den Rest der Schwangerschaft hatte ich meine Ruhe. War zwar regelmäßig testen, aber die Dosis blieb konstant, auch sonst keine SD-bedingten Probleme.
Erst nach der Entbindung ging es wieder rund, jetzt nach fast 5 Monaten ist hier immer noch Chaos wegen neuem Autoimmunschub.
Mein TSH war zuletzt bei 8.
