To find my mothers brohter after 60 years

Hey. I found your mail address on Internett. I’m a Norwegian woman who is looking for my mother’s brother. He was sent to Auschwitz form Norway under the war. 3 different people who can see what we can not see, have told me that he is still alive and have a daughter. This man changes his name in the 50this. Do you have some birth register from the 50ths and see if there is a father registered in his name? His name was Oscar Ellis Lahn, born, 01.08.23 in Norway. His number from the concentration camp: 79175 Can the person who receives this mail send it to some hospitals in Germany or go in to a register that you have. I hope this mail reach the right person. Do you have another suggestion of what I can do to find me uncle and cousin in Germany? I know this is a special story; to find a man who has bees away for 60 years !! It sounds like a made up story, but I feel we will find them. My mother who is born 02.08.23 is still alive. I wonder if there is someone who could help me to find this people.
