Hallo, Mein Sohn ist mittlerweile15 Monate alt und hat seit seiner Geburt jede Nacht Bauchweh. Jetzt haben wir endlich herausgefunden, dass er an einer Unverträglichkeit (bzw -keiten) leidet. Da ich immer noch stille, weiß ich nicht, ob ich mich auch die für ihn verbotenen Lebensmittel weglassen muss oder ob ich normal essen kann. Zur Zeit ernähren wir uns beide fructosearm und ohne kuhmilchprodukte und sein Bauchweh ist besser geworden aber noch nicht weg. Bekommt er wenn ich wieder Obst esse über die Muttermilch Fructose ab? Liebe müüüde2015, ich weiß aus eigener Erfahrung, dass bei Kuhmilcheiweiß-Unverträglichkeit es nötig ist, selbst auf Kuhmilch zu verzichten. Für Fructose habe ich keine Informationen finden können, was deren Muttermilchgängigkeit betrifft. Vielleicht bleibt auch hier nichts anderes, als es auszuprobieren. Allerdings solltest du dann mindestens 12 Tage darauf verzichten, damit es wirklich komplett aus deinem Organismus verschwunden ist. Gefunden habe ich, und teile das gern mit dir und allen, die mitlese, eine beeindruckende (englischsprachige) Liste der Inhaltsstoffe von Muttermilch. Fructose (=Monosaccharid) ist darin NICHT aufgeführt, also ist sie vermutlich auch nicht drin, aber ganz sicher kann ich es nicht sagen.
