Hallo,
Ich bin in der 17SSW mit Zwillingen schwanger. Nun meinte meine Gyn das ich zusätzlich schonmal Kräuterblut nehmen soll. Jetzt habe ich allerdings gesehen, das da Folsäre mit drin. Kann ich dir Dragees zusätzlich zu Femibion 2 nehmen? Oder nehme ich damit zu viel Folsäure zu mir?

Hallo,
wenn bei der Schwangeren eine nachgewiesene Blutarmut (Anämie) vorliegt, dann empfehlen wir neben der eisenreichen Ernährung auch eine Substitution mit Eisen.
Eine Anämie in der Schwangerschaft ist definiert als ein Wert von 11 g/dl und weniger; bestimmt am besten über eine venöse Blutentnahme.
Eine rein prophylaktische Substitution mit Eisen ist bis heute keine Empfehlung irgendeiner Fachgesellschaft.
