Hallo zusammen, kann mir jemand bitte sagen, ob die Grammatik ok ist oder ob Fehler drin sind!?

With reference to your offer number xy we place a trial order of xx machines.
We trust you will give this order your prompt attention and we look forward to receiving the goods within the next 14 working days.
If the quality of your product comes up to our expectations we are willing to order more machines.

Grammatikalisch ist es ok. Ich wuerde: "With reference to your offer number xy we would like to place a trial order of xx machines." schreiben und "information from 14th Nov". Ich bin mir aber bei Praepositionen nicht immer sicher.
Alles in allem klingt es ein bisschen forsch. Ich denke eine native speaker wuerde es so nicht schreiben, aber wenn die Firma viel mit deutschen Kunden zu tun hat dann wissen die, dass das kulturelle Unterschiede sind und nicht unhoeflich gemeint ist.

Falls es noch hilft:
1. wie Alba sagte: we would like to place...
2. we trust you will give this order your prompt attention wuerde ich streichen, da es sehr forsch und unhoeflich klingt, naemlich so, als wuerdest du ihnen unterstellen, dass sie es nicht tun und mit den 14 Tagen hast du ja schon gesagt, was du erwartest. Wenn es unbedingt sein muss wuerde ich es abschwaechen, z.B: We are looking forward to...(wie gehabt) and rely on your prompt delivery. Damit machst du deutlich, dass punktliche Lieferung wichtig fuer Eure Firma ist, ohne etwas zu unterstellen
3.Should the machines comply with the high quality we expect from your firm, we will be pleased to order more machines (waere hoeflicher).
