Woe oft Geflügel und wie oft Rind pro Woche?

Mein Nädchen ist 6 Monate alt, vor gut 3 Wochen haben wir mit Brei gestartet. Noch sind ihre Mengen mikroskopisch....aber sie mag Brei. Wie oft pro Woche sollte Rind und wie oft Geflügel gegeben werden? Dachte an 1x Vegetarisch 1xFisch 2x Geflügel 3x Rind Passt das?

2-3 x Fleisch und 1 x Fisch pro Woche sind durchaus ausreichend. Gruss S.Wirth
