Ich wäre für Patricia Leonor, auch wenn ich persönlich Patricia Eleonore (das letzte "e" stumm) irgendwie noch passender finde.
Platz 2 wäre für mich Patricia Carolin(e).
Charlotte mag ich zwar sehr als Namen, finde ich aber weniger passend zu Patricia

Irgendwie wirken alle Namen etwas konstruiert.
Am Schönsten fände ich noch Patricia Leonor, allerdings gefällt mir die Schreibweise mit Z besser: Patrizia.

Mich stört immer leicht eine doppelte A-Endung zweier aufeinander folgender Namen. Mit Leonore ginge es also auch. Leonor find ich irgendwie schicker zu Patrizia.
